Customer Satisfaction

Mondi Kalenobel Packaging is a customer focused company which means that customer satisfaction is our first priority. Every clients complaint, criticism or suggestion is finely analysed and immediate action is taken.

In order to measure customer satisfaction we have formed the Customer Satisfaction Index with which we can measure satisfaction according to each client. The parameters outlining the index are customer complaints and return blokage. By adding up the monetary values of these cases we calculate a poor quality cost.

The main goal of the system is to fix the elements that aren't functioning and make improvements on the issues where customer satisfaction is rated low. This way we aim to increase customer satisfaction and demonstrate the difference of working with Mondi Kalenobel. Every improvement we report to our clients is long term and always includes a detailed presentation.
